Today, all sections went over the TP-DASSTT framework for "The Wounded Stag" and turned those analyses in. Attached below is a copy of my own notes over the poem that I distributed to all students.
Afterward, first hour students began a simple review of metaphor, simile, hyperbole, and personification. They also had questions to answer over a poem called "The Starry Night." (We did not do the vocabulary exercise.) Both files are attached below.
Third-sixth hours worked on questions pertaining to two poems by Sylvia Plath. The poems and their corresponding questions are attached in one file below.
